I love this company! We've used them off and on for years, and regardless of who comes, service is always respectful, thorough, and efficient. Whether interacting with two-legged hairless clients or four-legged furry ones, techs always have a moment to have friendly interactions with everyone. And the pups? They think it's awesome that their new best friend stops in to see them 1-2x/week!

I am surprised at how affordable and easy to schedule this service is. Tyler was very friendly and great with my dogs (who loved him back). In short order, he had the entire yard scooped (it had been awhile). He used his own equipment and also hauled the waste away. Finally, he had texted the day before to give me a short window in which he would arrive, and he came during that time. In summary, super nice people, easy to schedule, very convenient, and very affordable. I highly recommend!!

Pet Scoop is incredible! Super great communication the day before giving me a heads up when they were coming & then they continued to update me the day of so that I could bring the dogs in. Very professional and great cleanup despite our weeds in the back yard. Bonus points, they remove the dog poop on their own and don't place it in our trash 🙂 I've never been more excited about dog poop removal in my life 😛

Highly recommend! We needed help keeping up with poo cleanup and when they came out for the initial cleanup we were so impressed. We have rock in some areas and was such a pain to clean and we didn't see any poo after they were done. They are so easy to communicate with and very reliable.

We have 2 dogs. It was the best decision we ever made to get Pet Scoop. They have been so wonderful to work with and so very kind. Thomas does an excellent job and is very thorough. We have them come once a week though you can pick how often you would like for them to come. Hiring Pet Scoop is the best decision we ever made. The staff is absolutely wonderful to deal with.

Lua is incredible! She is so patient and kind - does a detailed job and doesn’t miss a spot! We love her and will continue using her on a bi weekly or monthly basis! When I joined, I made it clear that my yard hadn’t been maintained in quite a while. So, I was fully expecting to pay a higher rate for the initial service. To my surprise (and delight!), the first visit ended up costing less than half of what I anticipated.

I genuinely look forward to the Monday text updates—they let me know when to expect the team and when the job is complete. That kind of communication is rare and so appreciated.
