I just can’t say enough good things about this company.

We have been customers for about two years now and the level of communication and customer service is phenomenal.

They always do a great job cleaning our yard and we’re thankful we don’t have to worry about it.
They always communicate ahead of time if they can’t make it due to weather and make sure to have us covered during that week to ensure that things don’t get out of hand.

On occasion some things are missed and they’re prompt about sending someone out to clean as soon as possible.

We recently lost one of our pups and through our pain, Pet Scoop has been so supportive and kind.

We informed them not long ago after our loss to adjust our pricing and today I just opened a card with a handwritten note with sympathies for our loss. I had a bit of a cry but then ran to write this review.

We've been using PetScoop for over 10 years now...we lost two of our doggies in 2022, took a 2yr break, and now rescued a new brat and signed on again. The technicians are really great, they communicate quickly if you text them and so far I haven't had to call the office for 'missed poopies'.
